Listening and Creativity = SaleSeveral things motivated me to get into communication, but it’s a love for sales that keeps me alive. I grant you that the word « sales » is not « sexy. » Many people in our field do not dare use it for fear of offending customers or seeming less « glamorous » than the competition. I am not afraid to say it: we’re here to sell. Our customers ask us to achieve specific goals and wish to increase their revenues. For me, when planning strategy, every means of communication can conceivably be used to achieve significant results. I believe that creativity must always be based on the realities of the market. In addition, I try to take into account the opinion of the consumer: a must to raise the effectiveness of our messages. I like to show our customers that we still believe in our business and we’re not there to steal their hard earned money. Our role is simple, but noble: to help them develop their company.
